Born in Willoughby, OH in the month after Ghoulardi first went on the air, Hugo has been known variously as an illustrator, comic-book pro, author, graphic designer, and now is the host and Big Brain behind the "Skiffypalooza" videos on YouTube and Google Video, which broadcast "almost live" from his secret lab on a non-existent floor of the Lincoln Tower in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Other side projects include helping Waynedale native Harvey Ghoulash make his own video shorts, as well as providing lox and bagels for pugnacious video tech Marshall Farley.
